Replacements: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at crimsonstore4@gmail.com within 7 days (1 week) of delivery. Please include your order details along with photographs of the issue so we can review your claim for a replacement. Replacement requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for consideration.
